Cashing Out:
How do I withdraw my winnings from my Club Dice Casino account?:
When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "waiting",
which means that your request has been accepted by Club Dice Casino
and that we are processing it.
All withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) business days
after the date of the request.
During this time you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your Club Dice Casino Account.
By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play, without having to submit a new deposit.

New players will be allowed to withdraw not more than $10,000 per month.
"New players" are defined as players whose first deposit was made in the past 6 months.
If the amount to be withdrawn is superior to $10,000 the remaining will be placed back to the players' balance,
for the player to withdraw one month later.
According to Club Dice Casino withdrawal policy, the requested withdrawal amount
will be refunded back to your method of original Deposit, up to your Casino Deposit Balance*.
The remaining sum, if any, will be sent to you via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft
(which is more convenient for you), or via Neteller, PrePaid ATM or Firepay if you have used these methods in the past.
The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $1,000, and $5 for a Bank Draft Cash Out.
If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your Casino account.
*Casino Deposit Balance is composed of the total deposits made using specific deposit methods less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds.
Due to MasterCard's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard Credit Card.
Therefore, deposits made using MasterCard Credit Cards will not be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance.
Cash Outs will be returned via Wire Transfer, or Bank Draft, or if you have used any of these depositing method in the past, via Neteller, Firepay.
If you made a Citadel deposit/s prior to cashing out, your withdrawal might be subject to additional waiting days until the deposit has been fully cleared.
If your Citadel deposit/s is returned (declined), your withdrawal will be declined and your winnings voided.
